Honduras La Esmeralda​ (Honey Processed Honduras)

This coffee has floral, bright, juicy and sweet tasting notes.

Mexico Finca La Laja
This coffee has nutty, sweet and chocolate tasting notes.

Indonesian Sumatra Mandheling
This delicious and ultra smooth dark roast takes on flavors that are unique to its origin. Tasting notes are apricot, molasses, and apple butter.

Papua New Guinea
A whole bean washed processed coffee from the kuta kofi mill of the typical, bourbon, and arusha varietals.

Peru (Medium Roast)

Located in northern Peru in the Amazonian Andes, this coop began with just 35 small farmers in 2003. The Asociacion de Productores Cafetaleros Juan Marco El Palto (JUMARP) is also known as simply “El Palto.” There are 40 women of the current 189 coop members, with approximately 550 hectares of organic and Fair Trade Certified coffee in production. Like their male counterparts, female members are represented on the El Palto Coop Board of Directors, whose mission it is to increase production and profitability in specialty coffee to increase each member family’s income. Flavor notes: Chocolate, pineapple, cranberry

Peru (Dark Roast)If you prefer a dark roast, this coffee will most certainly satisfy your palate. Flavor notes of almond, cherry, and cocoa make this coffee shine in various brew methods from your automatic drip to espresso.

Colombian Gesha
Grown at higher altitudes make for a sweeter profile with tasting notes of apple, caramel, and green tea.  This coffee is good deal at this price and there is a limited quantity available.

Ethiopia Sidamo
550 small coffee producers contribute their coffee for processing to Uraga washing station in Guji, Oromia region of Ethiopia. This is a naturally processed coffee grown at an elevation of 1950-2150M makes for a fruity light roast.

Guatemala Huehuetenango Ixlama
This washed processed coffee from Guatemala has just the right amount of acidity, smooth body, with hints of caramel and dried strawberry.

El Salvador (honey processed)

​This coffee is a honey processed whole bean coffee with notes of apple, concord grape, and brown sugar. (Bourbon and Pacas cultivars from Mapache Coffee)

Decaf Honduras

This honey processed Honduran decaf offers all the tastes you would expect from a honey processed Honduran coffee without all of the caffeine with tasting notes of caramel, orange, and nuts.
